De gustibus…

Helena and I were in Trader Joe’s yesterday (as we so often are) and we found chocolate coins to put in Daniel’s stocking. I asked her if she would like to find chocolate coins in her stocking and she said, “No, I don’t like chocolate,” which is mostly true.

“So Helena, what nice thing to eat would you like to find in your stocking then?”

She thought for a moment.

“Frozen peas,” she said firmly.

I read this post out to Delaney and she laughed and said, “I want spaghetti! Just joking! I would like choclate coins.”

How is Helena pronounced? he-li-na or he-lay-na? I have been saying he-li-na but I am not sure it is her name.
