I love the little old lady who started the hug fest.
Max does the flying-wallenda, dive-bomb style of hug like the guy in the blue t-shirt. Hugs that hurt! lol

On Friday nights, my crazy cofused mixed up family lights shabbat candles before dinner, and after saying the prayer, we all get up and all kiss and hug each other and wish everyone a Shabbat Shalom or Good Shabbat. I always save the biggest hug for my husband, a good minute-or-two long hug and squeeze.
My Catholic family loves to eat dinner with us on Friday night, since we all get to kiss and hug before dinner.
Jewish or not, I highly recommend a hugging ritual in your family.
