Where’s the snow?
2007 January 7
The favonian breezes of yesterday have transmuted gently into dolorous rains rhythmically drumming an ironic paean to the memory of icy Januarys past.
It was pretty bloody warm yesterday. And now it’s raining. Where’s the snow?

In Denver…
oooh – “favonian” – had to look up. It’s my new favorite word!
No kidding. I can’t remember a Canadian winter where I didn’t have to shovel snow. It’s kinda…creepy.
It’s here in Michigan finally.
Don’t worry… it is only temporary. GW Bush says so.
Ain’t no snow here either. Your prolific prose positively made me swoon!
