Two posts in one day? No!
I now post so irregularly that it feels strange to post twice in one day but in fact, it’s about to get even stranger than that.
Remember NaBloPoMo last year? The crazy fun thing where you post once a day? Well, I’m doing it again. Along with NaNoWriMo. And everything else. It sounds crazy. Indeed it is. But it’s MY kind of crazy and there needs to be a bit more of that around here.
So stay tuned. Not only can you read a new post every day for the month of November (including post-Halloween fall out, Thanksgiving, in-laws visiting, my parents and aunt descending, a quilt in the works and more coffee than can reasonably be produced by a small organic farmer) but I’ll link to all of LAST year’s posts as well! Two for the price of one! Holy cow!
And if anyone has a good idea about what I should write this year’s novel about, I’d appreciate it. I’ve got nothing yet. Hoping that a deadline will prove as inspirational as it did in college!

NaBloPoMo and NaNoWriMo? Have you gone nanu-nanu? Such ambition, StuntMom! You put us all to shame.
Insanity! I can’t even do ONE of those things.
Oh, your braveness, I salute you. I have signed up for both but I think in all honesty will only manage NaBloPoMo. I would LOVE to do both, as I already have a novel plan, but I don’t think it’s feasible.
Ha! A couple of weeks ago I signed up for NaBloPoMo too, even though I have not been posting much either. And then a few minutes later, I signed up for NaSwKniMo (knit a sweater in the month). Nice to know I am not the only crazy one. You, my dear, are even crazier…. And I am really looking forward to your regular posts!
Hooray! I thought I was the only one in the worls insane enough to sign up for both of them, without a clue as to what the novel is going to be about.
Console yourself with the fact that you actually have more time than me to come up with an idea…. in Australia we’re about half a day in front of you. (gulp!)
I’m wondering about making it through NaBloPoMo- I’m traveling this weekend, going to a conference with friends, hopefully meeting a blogger, not to mention Thanksgiving and all of its attendant madness. Hopefully I’ll make it farther than I did last year. How’s that for ambition?
Yes, ma’am you are ambitious… and I look forward to every single word.
A quilt? What? Where? Can I see?
Novel idea (a.k.a. what has been on my mind and I should probably write about on my dusty cobwebby blog): Does romantic friendship exist in this day and age between people of the same gender or has it been superseded by drunken “girls’ night out”/book club, marriage/committed relationships and love for and/of blood family ties? Is there a place for romantic friendship now or are people unknowingly in desperate need of it as they suck the emotional lives out of their spouses and siblings?
Okay, I’ll stop now…
