There's my thought, and my thinking about my thoughts, and a second voice commenting on my thoughts (and actions) when I stop to listen too closely.
It's like Terry Pratchett wrote about first and second thoughts in the Tiffany Aching series. First thoughts happen. Second thoughts think about the first thoughts. The other voice is just a narrator.

I love libraries, but can't write in them. They're just... too... quiet. :-)

Just dropped by to say hi.

I can so relate to you. I'm most at home in the children's/YA section at libraries and bookstores. And my local bookstore and librarians must be used to people like us because when I ask a question, they say, "Are you looking for you or someone else?" No explaining necessary.

Hi Francesca,

Thanks for your thoughts on success... I agree, it's all too easy to say you are going to do something, when really, only the real stuff happens when you actually do do something.

I found you because I was looking for a picture of shattered glass... the picture you have, above in your blog, showed up in Google Images... I was wondering if I could use it on a t-shirt design I'm working on? In part a tribute to Gill Scott Heron, who recently died... and in protest of our current political masters.

Please advise...

Thanks... either way. :)

Be Well!

...a fellow struggling artist,

Vee

That's an interesting theory. What does it mean if I alternate between writing first person and third person? (And enjoy reading both too.)
